How to play
- Each player is dealt 5 cards from a shared 52-card deck (26 red, 26 black, no suits or numbers).
- Privately reorder your hand. Top card has highest priority — it is the first card revealed during a procurement.
- The starting player bids a color and a count, e.g. “3 red”.
- The next player either raises (same color, count + 1 or more) or calls Challenge.
- On a challenge, the most recent bidder must reveal that many cards of the bid color by flipping cards from the top of any player’s deck — switching decks freely.
- If a flipped card is the wrong color, the bidder loses. If they reach the count, the challenger loses.
- The loser secretly chooses one card to discard. Run out of cards and you’re eliminated.
- The last player standing wins.
